Our goal is to introduce community members to the techniques of fine art painting and share the joy and fulfillment that Richard Schmid offered so generously and masterfully.

RICHARD SCHMID MUSEUM & EDUCATIONAL CENTER:  The RSFAF envisions bringing Richard’s private art collection to the public through the creation of the Richard Schmid Museum & Educational Center. This future institution will offer gallery exhibitions of his masterworks and provide workshop spaces where people of all ages can learn from master artists in the tradition of classical and Alla Prima painting.
